Scope
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse products and prepare sample or quotation requests on the Yılpan website. Separate information may be required for sales contracts, employment or recruitment.
Information we ask for
Your full name and phone number are required; email and notes are optional. You can select multiple products for a sample request. Company, country, delivery region, panel thickness, dimensions and quantity are optional for quotations. Product IDs in your sample basket are stored in your browser; contact details are not included in that persistent record.
Do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal data unrelated to your project in the request notes. If contacting us on behalf of someone else, share only information that is necessary and that you are authorised to provide.
How is your request sent?
- “Prepare request” creates a message draft in your browser using the details you enter. This action alone does not send a message to Yılpan.
- The WhatsApp option opens a link carrying the prepared text to WhatsApp. The email option creates a message in your email application.
- You complete and send the message in your chosen application. The website does not include customer accounts, online payments or an on-site request management system.
Technical data and third parties
When serving web pages, the hosting provider may process technical records such as your IP address, requested page, time and browser details. The map on the contact page is provided by Google. Using WhatsApp or email also involves your chosen service provider.
The company must verify these providers’ data locations and transfer arrangements. Linking to an external service does not mean that general consent has been obtained for all processing activities. For cookie details, see the Cookie policy.
Assessing and retaining requests
Information sent to Yılpan may be used to assess your product enquiry, sample request or quotation and to contact you about it. If a request becomes an order, delivery and commercial documentation are assessed separately.
Retention periods, access permissions and service providers for records received through email and WhatsApp must be confirmed against the company’s actual operations. This draft does not promise an unverified retention period or security certification.

Your personal data rights and how to exercise them are explained in the Privacy notice. When a new service is added, the relevant privacy information must also be updated.
