Current status of this page
The current Yılpan website does not collect general consent for sample or quotation requests. This page outlines the approach to be used if a specific activity requiring consent is introduced. It does not currently collect consent or signatures.
When is consent used?
Consent must be an informed and freely given choice for a specific processing purpose. A broad permission should not be requested unnecessarily where another legal basis applies. Reading a privacy notice or visiting a page does not, by itself, constitute consent.
What a consent form should explain
- The full identity of the data controller requesting consent.
- Which personal data will be used and for what optional purpose.
- Any recipients and the scope of any disclosure.
- How consent can be withdrawn and how withdrawal affects the relevant service.
- Separate, unticked options to accept or decline.
Different purposes should not be bundled into one general consent. Declining an optional permission should not prevent access to unrelated sample or quotation services.
How requests currently work
The “Prepare request” button creates a message draft. Choosing to contact Yılpan by WhatsApp or email does not grant general permission for other uses of your data or marketing messages. The current website does not collect newsletter subscriptions or marketing consent.
Any consent requirements for Google Maps and other external services must be assessed separately. Loading the map does not mean that a consent record has been created.
Withdrawing consent
If a consent-based activity is introduced, its form must also explain how to withdraw consent. Withdrawal is assessed separately from necessary processing based on other legal grounds. You can contact Yılpan with questions about an existing request.
